IRS Nonfiler Revocation List Will Be Published Soon

May 15, 2011 is the date on which as many as 321,000 nonprofits will have their tax-exempt status revoked for failing to file an annual return. The IRS will soon publish and begin maintaining a list, updated monthly, of organizations that have had their federal tax-exempt status revoked.
